Accu-Track takes the operational work of contracts and licensing off a company's plate: royalty reporting, reconciliation, and recovery; licensing compliance and obligation tracking; contract administration (renewals, amendments, terminations); retailer deduction and trade-fund recovery (invalid deductions, unearned cash discounts, vendor chargebacks, post-audit claims); post-acquisition contract cleanup; and centralized portfolio visibility. We act as an extension of a client's finance and legal teams, not a replacement, and the client keeps all decision-making authority.

We are an alternative to contract-lifecycle-management (CLM) software and to hiring internal staff. Software still requires people to run it; hiring is slow and expensive. Accu-Track simply does the work.
